4. Mounting the cut-off saw
4.1 Opening the clamp

1.Open the grip clamp .
2.Release the saw support axle clamp and slide it upwards.
4.2 Bringing the saw into position

1.Engage the saw support axle in the saw mount, as shown.
2.Position the grip of the saw on the grip clamp.
4.3 Securing the saw

1.Close the grip clamp and tighten the screw to secure the grip .
2.Close the saw support axle clamp and tighten the clamping screw .
4.4 Fitting and adjusting the throttle cable

1.Fit the throttle lever and secure it in position.
2.Adjust the throttle cable until free from play and then tighten the locknut.
2.4 Fitting the grip

1.Fit the grip using the clamping screw and washer.
2.Tighten the clamping screw securely.
2.5 Fitting the water tank

1.Pivot the tank support upwards and then tighten the clamping screw
securely.
2.Position the tank on the support and push it downwards until it engages.
3. Fitting the water supply

A - 983TT-A - TT163 - TT 183 - HS 63 - HS 81A.
● Observe the instructions and safety precautions listed in the operating instruc-
tions for your Emak cut-off saw.
2. Assembling the walk-behind saw trolley
2.1 Fitting the wheels

1.Fit the wheel , washers and split pins onto the wheel axle .
2.Expand the split pins .
2.2 Fitting the axle and wheel

1.Fit the axle and tighten the clamping screws.
2.Fit the second wheel (see 2.1).
2.3 Fitting the cutting depth adjustment arm

1.Fit the cutting depth adjustment arm ) using the clamping lever
with washer and the mounting screw with washer and lockwasher.
2.Tighten the mounting screw and clamping lever .
