engages into the slot for the first speed
setting (Fig.10).
5. Lock the adjustment screw with nut
(3, Fig.11).
6. Tighten the mounting screw with the self-
locking nut (4, Fig11).
Attaching the snow discharge chute
1. Lightly lubricate the surface of the bottom
flange on which rotate snow discharge chute
with spray oil (Fig.12).
2. Mount the discharge chute with mounting
screws (1, Fig.13), attach larger and smaller
guide plate (2).
3. Insert the guide plates from the bottom and
tighten with the self-locking nuts (3, Fig.13).
4. Repeat the procedure for the other two
guide plates.
Attaching rotation chute crank
1. Remove the handle from the crank by
removing the mounting screw (Fig.14).
2. Insert the hand crank from the handle side
from below into the hole of the guide handle
(Fig.15).
3. Remove the safety split pin and washer
underneath, using pliers (Fig.16).
4. Insert the hand crank into the lower guide
on the snow discharge chute. The snow
discharge chute must be positioned such
that the spiral of the hand crank fits into the
grooves of the chute (1, Fig.17). If it is difficult
or impossible to move the hand crank, it may
be necessary to adjust the upper guide
handle. To do this, loosen the screws slightly
and re-tighten after adjusting (1, Fig.15).
5. Attach the washer and insert the safety split
pin (1, Fig.18) using pliers, bend the ends of
the split pin.
6. Screw the handle onto the crank with the
screw (Fig.19).
Attaching headlight (56 EL)
1. Fasten the headlight on the guide handle
using the mounting screw (1, Fig.21). Do not
twist or damage the cable.
2. Tighten the headlight using the washer and
self-locking nut.
3. Fasten the cable to the guide handle using
cable clips.
ARTIK 62 - 70 ELD - 72 ELDT
Note: Instructions to the left and right sides
start from the driving position behind the
machine.
Attaching the drive handle
1) Use two M8×40 leaf-shape screws (A, Fig.21),
two leaf-shape washers (B) and two flange
nuts (C) to mount the drive handle assembly
onto the arm rest by aligning them to two
mounting holes on the right side.
2) Mount two M8×45 screws (D, Fig.22), two
leaf-shape washers (E) and two locknuts (F)
along with the rotation chute crank holder
(G) into the two mounting holes on the left
side of the arm rest.
Attaching rotation chute crank (Fig.23)
Pass the crank (H) through the crank base (I) as
shown in figure and block with the pin (J)
through the crank so that it is coupled to the
universal joint.
Attaching the snow discharge chute
Place the chute plastic ring (K, Fig.24) below the
chute (L) and locate it onto the base (M).
Connect and tighten up the larger guide plate
(N, Fig.25) and two smaller guide plates (O) with
hexagon screws (P), M6 washers (Q) and M6
lock nuts (R).
Install the height jet adjustable chute wire
(Fig.26)
Fix the wire end (S) onto the chute cap, adjust
the bolt length on the wire and tighten up.
Install drive speed selection lever and height
jet adjustable chute lever (Fig.27)
Pass two levers (T) above the dashboard
through respectively elastic washers (U). Then
install them on the place for operation on the
dashboard.
