2. Put the sections on a power base.

lines of this manual.
6. When you finish using the appliance
turn it off by putting the switch to
the position "OFF". Let the products
cool down. Put dried products into a
container/package for keeping food
and put it into the freezer.
7. Unplug the appliance.
NOTE: it is recommended to put all 5
sections into the appliance during using
it, no matter how many sections are
empty.
Examples:
1. The products are on the first upper
section, other 4 sections are empty.
Make sure that the upper lid is on
the appliance.
2. The products are on the first 2 sec-
tions, other 3 sections are empty.
Make sure that the upper lid is on
appliance.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION
Wash products before putting in the
appliance. Do not put wet products
into appliance, rub it dry.
ATTENTIONDo not put sections with
products if there is water in it.
Cut off the spoiled parts of products.
Slice the products in so that to put it
freely between the sections.
The duration of drying products de-
pends on the thickness of pieces into
which they are sliced etc.
You can change the position of the
sections if not all products dried well.
You can put upper sections down,
closer to power base, and you can
put lower sections in place of upper
sections. Some of the fruits can be
covered by its natural protective lay-
er and that is why the duration of
drying may increase. To avoid this
matter it is better to boil products for
about 1-2 minutes and then put it to
cold water and rug after that.
NEED TO KNOWthe duration of dry-
ing, stated in this instruction, is approx-
imate.
The duration of drying depends on the
temperature and humidity of the
roomthe level of humidity of products,
thickness of the pieces etc.
DRYING FRUITS
1. Wash the fruits.
2. Take out the pit and cut off the
spoiled parts.
3. Slice into pieces which you can place
freely between the sections.
4. You can put the fruits down to natu-
ral lemon or pine apple juice not to
let them fade.
5. If you want your fruits to smell
pleasantly, you can add cinnamon or
coconut swaft.
DRYING VEGETABLES
1. Wash the vegetables.
2. Take out the pit and cut off the
spoiled parts.
3. Slice into pieces which you can place
freely between the sections.
4. It is better to boil vegetables for
about 1-5 minutes and then put it in-
to the cold water, and then rug dry.
DRYING MEDICINAL PLANTS
It is recommended to dry leafs, propa-
gules.
After drying it is better to put medicinal
plants in paper bags or glass cans and
place it in dark cool place.
USE OF THE APPLIANCE
1. Put the prepared in advance products
to a removable sections. Sections for
products should be placed in such
way to let the air circulate freely be-
tween them (the regulation of height
of the sections is possible).that is
why you should not put too many
products to the sections and put the
products on to each other.
2. Put the sections on to a power base.

MAKING YOGURT
4 lower trays are used for food dryer,
the use and function is the same as for
described food dryer.
The top tray is used for Yogurt maker or
you could only put one tray on the food
dryer for making Yogurt. The Yogurt
making process is:
56 plastic boxes of Yogurt in 7 hours
by simple operation. Healthy fresh and
rich in nutrition, self-made, without add-
ing manmade additives, for daily drink-
ing.
It would also be nice to add fruits, juices
or jams for drinking according to your
own likes.
Methods of making yogurt:
Materials - milk, Yogurt (Vaccine) used
under the condition of the indoor tem-
perature being above 20Ԩ.
1. Mix the milk (0.5L) and the Yogurt
evenly by spoon.
2. Pour the ready mixture of milk and
Yogurt into a small plastic box.
3. Pease use the temperature 35-40Ԩ
for the Yogurt maker.
4. 7 hours later, it will alarm about the
end of ferment.
Methods of making green tea Yogurt
Materials - green tea 2g, 1/2 Yogurt, a
small spoon of honey.
Add the crushed-up green tea to the
Yogurt averagely, and then mix them up
evenly.
ATTENTION: Yogurt maker tray could
be chosen by yourself, but should be on
the top. Food dryer tray is also chosen
by yourself but in must be on the bot-
tom. You can use plastic box or small
glass bottle for making Yogurt. But still,
the height is limited, so please choose
the correct size.
STORAGE OF DRYING FRUITS
1. Containers for storage of the dried
products should be clean and dry.
2. For better storage of dried fruits use
glass containers with metal lids and
put them into a dark dry place where
the temperature should be 5-20 Ԩ.
3. During first week after drying it is
better to check if there is any mois-
ture in the container. If yes, it means
that products are not dried well and
you should dry them again.
ATTENTION! Do not place hot and even
warm products into containers for their
further storage.
PRELIMINARY PREPARING OF THE
FRUITS
Preliminary preparing of the fruits saves
its natural color, taste and flavor.
Below you can see some useful recom-
mendations how to prepare fruits for
drying better:
1. Take 14 glass of juice (natural
preferably). Remember that the
juice, which you take, should corre-
spond to the fruit which you prepare.
For example, for preparing apples
you should take apple juice.
2. Mix the juice with 2 glasses of water.
Then immerse preliminary processed
fruits (see “table of preparing the
fruits for drying”) into prepared liq-
uid for 2 hours.
