1. Send SMS to decline call check box
2. Mute Ringtone icon
l To answer a call, tap Answer.
l To reject a call, tap Decline.
l To reject the call with a text message, tap the Send SMS to decline call check box, then tap Decline icon.
l To silence the ringtone or alert, tap the Mute Ringtone icon.
Contacts
To look up a contact from your phonebook:
1 Tap Phone from the Home screen to open the Phone screen.
2 Tap Contacts at the top of the Phone screen.

To add new contacts:
1 Tap Phone from the Home screen to open the Phone screen.
2 Tap the Phone tab at the top of the Phone screen to open the on-screen dial pad.
3 Tap Add to contacts on the Phone screen to open the New contacts screen.
