slight operating noise
• This is normal and will not cause a failing of the appliance.
The appliance in operation generates a
heavier operating noise
• Check whether the glass jug sits right in the middle of the
base. By slightly turning or moving the jug to and fro it is
mostly possible to reduce the noise.
• Check whether the stirrer sits correctly on the take-up pin.
• Verify whether the noise is still there when using the second
stirrer (stored at the underside of the base).

operatingnoise,pleasecontactyourservice-point.

do not operate the appliance.

• Check the socket by plugging in another appliance
• Glass jug is not positioned correctly on the base unit.
The appliance switches off after a short

Tip: You can also clean the glass jug by means of “function 2”. Fill the jug with warm water and some
dishwashing detergent and start “function 2” (stirrer must be attached). The appliance is cleaned on its
own. Upon completion, rinse the glass jug with clear water thoroughly and wipe dry.
• In the course of time, the jug‘s interior stainless steel surface can tarnish. This is not a reason for com-
plaint. Such impurities can be removed with a commercially available special cleaning agent for stain-
less steel. Proceed according to the instructions on the cleaning agent.
