Possible problem Cause Solution
Device doesn’t turn on No power supply
Check if the device is plugged in. Check the fuse in your
home network. If all of the above is in order. See section
«Service».
Device works slow
Low speed is selected Raise the speed.
Recommended working time
is exceeded
Do not operate longer than 50 seconds for a 4 - minute
interval for thick mixtures or whisk for longer than 3
minutes for a 10 - minute interval.
Excessive splashing
during mixing
Too high speed is selected
Start with a low speed and increase it as the mixture
thickens.
Excessive ingredients loaded Remove part of the ingredients in a di󰀨erent container.
Unsatisfactory
