6 Connect the specified AC adapter to the balance. Warm up the balance for at least one hour with
nothing on the weighing pan.

7 Confirm correct weighing. If necessary, calibrate the balance. Refer to "8. Calibration".
The Separation Plate
Note: Take care that the separation plate is not broken when operating it.

1 Support the separation plate and
remove the screw from the plate.

2 Lift the plate and remove hooks.

3 Rotate the plate on the axis of the back edge.

4 Remove the plate from the chamber.
