Processing volumes
All data are reference values depending on the ll volume and degree of neness.

Meat (without bones and sin-

approx. 120 ml 5 - 10 pulses
Nuts approx. 100 ml 10 pulses
Fruit / vegetables
(cut in pieces)
approx. 250 ml 5 - 15 pulses
Cheese
(cut in cubes)
approx. 100 ml 5 - 10 pulses
Avoid running the motor for more than 30 seconds. The longer the
pulse, the ner the texture.
Do not crush any extremely hard food, such as coffee beans, grain, ice, nutmeg or
bones. The unit is not suitable for the purpose, and can be damaged.
Cleaning and maintenance
Danger of injury!
Inexpert cleaning may lead to injuries.
- Switch the unit off before cleaning and pull the power cord from the
electric socket.
- Let the unit cool down before cleaning.
- Proceed with caution when wiping the blade.
Cleaning the unit
1. Use a soft and moist cloth to clean the outer surfaces of the unit. Use a mild
detergent in case of heavy soiling.
2. Clean the unit and blade directly after use.
3. All parts of the unit are dishwasher-safe - with the exception of the motor unit.
