6.1.4 Steam assisted cooking
General Information
Steam assisted cooking can only be per-
formed with the steam assisted cooking
functions specified in the manual. See
“Oven operating functions” [}13] section
for steam assisted cooking functions.
If preheating is recommended in the
cooking table, be sure to put your food in
the oven after preheating. The durations
specified at the time of water supply in-
dicate the time elapsed after preheating.
The cooking table contains cooking re-
commendations tested by the manufac-
turer. You can set the amount of water,
temperature, steam assisted cooking
function and time for food which are not
in the table.
Do the steam assisted cooking with one
tray.

according to the EN 60350-1 standard to
