STEAM ASSISTED COOKING
The water delivered to the evaporation chamber during cooking evaporates
thanks to heat and a better cooking is achieved. The steam assist allows your food
to be crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, making it more delicious.
 Perform the steam assisted cooking process with the steam assisted cooking
function specied in the manual.
 Please refer to the values in the steam assisted cooking chart for the food
you will cook.
Place your food in the recommended shelf position. When it is time to add water
according to the time specied in the cooking chart.

 Press the water cartridge(1).
 Displace the water cartridge(2).
 Unscrew the cover of the
watercartridge(3).
 Add the amount of water shown inthe
chart to the cartridge(4).
 Close the cover of the water cartridgeand
push the cartridge a little(in caseof pushing
it totally, the water willbe transmitted to the
evaporationchamber).
 When it’s time to deliver the water,push
the water cartridge totally(untilyou hear the
click).
 Turn off your oven when the
cookingprocess is nished.
 Water starts to ow slowly into
theevaporation chamber in the oven,and your
food is cooked with thesteam assist.
 Do not deliver more than 200 ml
ofwater at one time.
