Melt the butter or margarine and let it cool down

slightly.

–

Add sugar, leaven, melted butter or margarine to

sifted flour and stir.

–

Add the whisked whites, keeping stirring, and

then add the yolks.

–

Bake waffles on the heated frying plates for

about 3 minutes, periodically checking the bak-

ing process.

Nut waffle

Install the frying plates for making nut waffles (10).

Install the heating plate with the grooves on the

lower half of the unit.

Dough

•

flour 3 glasses

•

vinegar 1 table spoon

•

baking soda 1 tea spoon

•

sugar 0.5 glass

•

butter 200 g

•

egg 3 pcs.

Cream

•

condensed milk 1 can

•

butter 200 g

•

milk

•

cocoa powder 2 tea spoons

•

vanillin to taste

•

walnuts 150 g

Dough making: - whip melted butter with sugar

and eggs, add baking soda slaked with vinegar,

add flour and mix well.

–

Cream making: - melt and whip well butter with

condensed milk, add vanillin, cocoa powder and

chopped walnuts to taste.

–

Put small pieces of dough (define the size exper-

imentally) into the frying plate (10) openings.

–

Close the frying plates and press them together

until the lock (1) clicking.

–

After cooking, take the nut waffle halves out and

wait until they cool down.

–

Put the cream into the cooled nut waffle halves

and close with the second nut waffle half, refrig-

erate the nut waffles.

–

It is recommended to sprinkle nut waffles with

powdered sugar before serving them.
