"Heatline-SLIM", manufactured by HEAT LINE Production
Company LLC, Russia. Our company thanks you for your
purchase. We are confident that our underfloor heating will
bring warmth and comfort to your home.
• Please read these instructions before installing the
"Heatline-SLIM" underfloor heating set.
• Make sure that the set you have chosen is suitable for
your room, taking into account its power and the area of the
room to be heated.
• The instructions give the rules for installation and
connection of the "Heatline-SLIM" underfloor heating set.
• Remember that the normal operation of underfloor
heating depends on the correct installation. Install the
system according to these instructions.
• Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

2. SET DESIGNATION
Underfloor heating "Heatline-SLIM" is a heating section
made of highly reliable shielded single-core cable with
plastic insulation or double-core cable with Teflon insulation,
with an outer diameter of of max. 3 mm.
Underfloor heating "Heatline-SLIM" is a universal solution
for all non-standard spaces. Guaranteed service life of 25
years.
The supply voltage of the heating section is 220 V, the
frequency is 50/60Hz.
When using the system "Heatline-SLIM" for the
main heating or heating loggias, balconies, winter
gardens, rooms with a ceiling height of 4 meters or
more, you need to contact the manufacturer on a
free hotline 8-800-333-58-25 and get advice on the
technical feasibility of using the heating system for
your premises.
3. SET CONTENTS (FIG. A1)
The "Heatline-SLIM" floor kit includes the following elements:
1. Heating section based on single or two-strand cable;
2. Instructions-passport on installation;
3. Label-liner;
4. packaging.
4. HEATING SECTION
The heating section is a construction of shielded single-core
heating cable, which is equipped with a mounting end with
a secure coupling sleeve, or of double-core heating cable,
which is plugged with a special end sleeve on one side, and
equipped with a mounting end with a secure coupling sleeve
on the other side.
This design is the most convenient when installing the system
for rooms with non-standard floor configurations.

The "Heatline-SLIM" heating section is designed, manufactured
and tested in full compliance with the standards of the
International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
The reliability and safety of the heating sections is confirmed
by the Russian Certificate of Conformity.
5. MOUNTING TAPE (FIG. A2)
Mounting tape is designed to fix the heating section on the
heated surface. By fixing the cable to the mounting tape, an
accurate calculated laying step is achieved, which allows
you to heat any non-standard shaped surface. By changing
the laying step, you can achieve the required specific power
in different areas of heating.
The mounting tape "Heatline" is not included in
the "Heatline-SLIM" set and must be purchased
separately.
