Curd donuts
Ingredients:
• 250 g of cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 glass of flour
• 1 tsp. of baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. off salt
• 1 tbsp. of sugar
• Vanillin (optional)
• Vegetable oil for deep frying
• Powdered sugar (optional)
Cooking process:
Combine all ingredients. Make the dough. The dough should be sticky. Make little balls, 3 cm
in diameter. It is better to make the balls with wet hands so that the dough does not stick so
much. Or you can put the pieces of dough in the heated oil with using two spoons. Heat oil
to 190 degrees in a deep fryer. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove one ball to
check readyness; increase frying time if necessary. At the end of cooking, place the donuts
on paper towels to allow the glass to excess oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top before
serving.
Tip: To make the surface of the donuts smoother, it is better to wipe the cottage cheese
through a sieve.
Deep-fried fish
Ingredients:
• Fish fillet
• 0.5 cups of Flour
• 1 cup of Bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• Vegetable oil for deep frying
• Salt, pepper (to taste)
Cooking process:
Wash the fish fillet and remove the bones. Cut into pieces of the desired size. Prepare breading
in three containers. In the first container: the flour, mixed with salt and pepper. Also you can
add seasoning for fish; In the second container: whisked eggs; In the third container: lay out
bread crumbs. Pour oil into the deep fryer, set 130 degrees, bring to a boil. Take a piece of fillet,
roll in flour, then dip in whisked eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs. Place the fish to the deep fryer
and cook until golden brown around 12-17 minutes (cooking time depends on the size of the fish
pieces).
