• The blades must be assembled with the right angle. Erroneous assembly can cause incorrect

tightening, resulting in the loosening of the blades when working, with dangerous

consequences for the operator.

For these reasons, the blades must be balanced and replaced at one of our Authorized Service

Centers.

WARNING

The mulching blade must be assembled as shown in Fig. 16.

WARNING

Do not weld, straighten or change the shape of damaged cutting devices in an

attempt to repair them. Such operations can result in the cutting device becoming

detached and causing serious or fatal injury.

WARNING

Always replace bolt (A, Fig. 16) and washer (B) as well.

10.5 GRASS CATCHER

WARNING

Stop the engine and remove the safety key (9, Fig. 2) before removing the grass

catcher or cleaning the grass discharge chute.

Frequently check to ensure the grass catcher is fitted correctly and is not damaged.

Check that the fabric meshes of the grass catcher are not clogged; if necessary, wash the grass

catcher with water and allow it to dry completely before refitting it.

If you work with a damaged grass catcher or with the openings in the grille clogged, its capacity

will be reduced.

On the other hand, if you work with a washed but still damp catcher, the meshes will clog more

easily.

10.6 MAJOR SERVICING

It is advisable to carry out a general inspection at the end of the season for heavy use, and every

two years for normal use, to be carried out by a specialized technician from the service network.
