Vacuum packing of meat and sh
- For best results, place the food products in the
freezer for 1-2 hours before vacuum sealing meat
or sh.
Note: beef may darken in color after vacuum packing due
to loss of oxygen, but this is not a sign of spoilage.
Vacuum packing of vegetables
- Before packing vegetables, it is recommended to
place them in a container with cold boiled water for a
few minutes, this will stop the enzymes, which may
lead to loss of taste, color and texture of vegetables.
- It is recommended to pre-blanch vegetables such as
cabbage, cauliower or broccoli for a short time, then
place the vegetables in a container with cold boiled
water for 1-2 minutes, this will stop the cooking
process. Before vacuum packing, remove excess
moisture with a paper towel or dry cloth.
- You may pack a certain amount of vegetables
into a bag, or use a larger bag, and then pack the
vegetables again for further storage.
Note: due to the risk of contamination by anaerobic
bacteria, fresh mushrooms, onions and garlic are not
suitable for vacuum packing.
Vacuum packing of fruits
- Before vacuuming fruits, it is recommended to peel
them, this will increase the shelf life.
- When freezing soft fruits, it is best to rst place them
in the freezer for 1-2 hours, then pack them and put
them back in the freezer.
- The shelf life of, for example, vacuum-packed nuts
or cereals increases if they are stored in a dry,
cool, dark place.
ATTENTION!
- The vacuum sealer is not intended for vacuuming
liquids; only vacuuming of wet products with a
small amount of liquid is possible.
- During the vacuuming process, a small amount
of liquid, breadcrumbs or other food particles is
sucked into the vacuum chamber, so clean the
removable tray (4) after each packing of wet
products.
- Do not allow liquid to get inside the vacuum sealer
body – this may cause it to break!

«Packing» sealing mode button (13)
- When making a bag from a lm roll, press the
«Packing» button (13) to seal one edge of the bag.
- During the lm sealing process, if necessary, press
the «Packing» button (13) to stop the lm sealing
process.
- The light indicator of the «Packing» button (13)
has two indication modes:
1. The indicator lights up constantly – the vacuum bag
sealing mode is on, after the bag is sealed, the indicator
goes out.
2. The indicator is blinking – the «pause» mode is on.
