2 Lift the rechargeable battery pack in the battery compartment of the parent unit with a

screwdriver. Then take it out of the battery compartment. Remove the batteries, if

present, from the battery compartment of the baby unit. (Fig. 13)

3 Use a small, at screwdriver to turn the channel selector to the desired position. Make sure

both units are set to the same channel. (Fig. 14)

If you do not experience any interference when you test the connection, close the battery

compartments. If you experience interference, set the selector to another channel and test the

connection again.

4 Put the battery pack and the batteries back in the battery compartments.

5 Close the battery compartments.



With the microphone sensitivity control on the baby unit, you can set the sound that is picked up by

the baby unit to the desired level: low, mid or high. When the microphone sensitivity is set to ‘high’,

the baby unit picks up all sounds. You can only change the microphone sensitivity if the connection

between the baby unit and the parent unit has been established. This is the case when the

connection light on the parent unit burns green continuously.

1 Use the microphone sensitivity control to set the microphone sensitivity of the baby unit to

the desired level. You can use your own voice as a sound reference. (Fig. 15)

The power-on light on the baby unit turns yellow when a sound is picked up.

Silent baby monitoring

1 Turn the volume control of the parent unit to the lowest volume level. (Fig. 16)

Do not switch off the parent unit completely.

The sound level lights on the parent unit visually alert you to any sound the baby makes. The

louder the sounds, the more lights go on.

When no sound is detected, all sound level lights are out.



1 Press the nightlight to switch it on or off. (Fig. 17)

Connection alarm

You can switch on the connection alarm on the parent unit. The connection alarm beeps when the

connection between the units is lost.

1 Turn the locking knob in the bottom of the parent unit a quarter turn (1) and slide the

battery compartment lid downwards to remove it (2). (Fig. 18)

2 Set the connection alarm switch in the battery compartment to the ‘on’ (symbol) position.

3 Slide the battery compartment lid back onto the parent unit (1) and turn the locking knob a

quarter turn to fasten the lid (2). (Fig. 20)

To switch off the connection alarm, set the connection alarm switch to the ‘off’ (symbol)

position.

Cleaning

Clean the parent unit and the baby unit with a damp cloth.

Do not immerse the parent unit and the baby unit in water and do not clean them under the tap.
