Read these instructions before using the
appliance and keep this manual at hand for
further reference. When acquired by a new
owner the manual should accompany the
appliance!
Thank you for choosing electric replace model
FEF200S. The appliance oers you heating in
winter with a power range of 1000W or 2000W
depending on your needs for the achievement
of comfortable warmth in the heated area. If
operated as per the instructions below, the
appliance will provide you with lasting service.
IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. This appliance shall be used only for the
purpose it was intended for i.e. to heat
domestic areas. The appliance is not designed
for commercial purposes. Any use, dierent
from the intended, is considered wrong and
dangerous. The manufacturer is not liable for
any damage due to wrong or irrational use.
Failure to fulll the safety instructions will
make the guarantee of the appliance void!
2. Before connecting the appliance make sure
the voltage at your home corresponds with the
voltage stated on the nameplate.
3. Never leave home while the appliance is
working; make sure the switch is in 0 position
i.e. turned o. Always disconnect the electrical
plug from the wall socket.
4. Provide at least a 100-cm clearance between
the electric replace and any ammable
objects such as furniture, pillows, bed linen,
paper, clothes, curtains, etc.
5. Do not use the appliance in places where
ammable substances are used or stored. Do
not use the appliance in areas of ammable
environment (e.g. near ammable gases or
aerosols) as there is high risk of explosion and
re!
6. Do not insert and do not allow foreign objects
to get into the ventilation openings (inlet and
outlet) because that will cause electric shock,
re or damage to the replace.
7. Caution: This appliance is not suitable for use
by people with physical, sensory or mental
disabilities; by children or by people lacking
knowledge and experience unless they have
been supervised and instructed on the use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety. Keep children under control to make
sure they do not play with the appliance!
8. The appliance is not suitable for breeding
livestock. It is intended for domestic use only!
9. Flu and dust deposits are the most common
causes for appliance overheating. You should
regularly clean the ventilation openings with
a vacuum cleaner. Do not forget to disconnect
the appliance from the electrical source before
cleaning.
10. Never touch the appliance with wet or damp
hand as there is a risk for your life!
11. The wall socket has to be accessible at any
time in order to disconnect the plug as quickly
as possible. Never disconnect the appliance by
pulling the cord or the appliance itself.
12. Caution! The outlet air heats up to over 100оС
during operation.
13. If the power cord is damaged, stop using the
appliance and contact the supplier/trader for
further instructions.
14. In case it is out of order or malfunctions, stop
using the appliance but do not repair it. For
any repairs contact the Service Centre for post-
sale servicing .There only, the faulty part will
be replaced by an original one. Failure to fulll
this requirement may compromise the safety
of the appliance.
15. It is recommended to render the appliance
unusable when you decide to stop using it.
Disconnect it from the electricity system and
cut the cord. Make sure all dangers connected
with using the appliance are avoided as
children may play with the out-of-use
appliance.
16. Never leave the appliance working without a
reason.Disconnect it from the electrical source
if it is not to be used for a long time.
17. The appliance must not be positioned close
beneath a wall socket!
18. Caution: do not use the appliance together
with a programmer, counter or any other
device that may turn it on automatically as
there is a risk of re if the appliance is covered
or improperly placed.
19. Caution: the appliance is not tted with a
device for ambient temperature control. Do
not use the replace in small rooms occupied
by people who are not capable of leaving the
room on their own unless they have been
constantly supervised.
