Make sure that steam doesn’t get out in place where lid meets multicooker body.
Never exert force on opening the multicooker lid. Inner pressure in the pot must be equal to atmosphere pressure before opening the lid.
Open the lid only in case when float valve in low position, when pressure inside has become normal and safe.
ATTENTION: Beware of the hot steam that comes out of the steam release opening. Keep hands and face away from the multicooker when you open it to avoid being burnt by hot steam
Always check if steam release opening is clean before using the multicooker.
Keep clean the steam relief valve. Mind to clean it regularly.
Let the multicooker inner pot cool before washing.
Always unplug the appliance after cooking and before cooked meal taking out.
ATTENTION: The multicooker creates pressure and this is a reason for being the appliance with increased risk. It could cause burns and scalds.
SAFETY SYSTEM
The multicooker lid is made to provide maximum safe even when pressure inside is very high.
Lid block is very important part of safety system. You cannot open the lid if the pressure inside is high.
If pressure inside exceeds required, then over pressure relief mechanism starts working. The air will be deflated and pressure will come down.
The multicooker has temperature sensor which works when temperature inside the appliance exceeds required.
If temperature inside is exceeded and the appliance is overheated, then it switches off automatically.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Please unpack your appliance. Remove all packing materials. Remove all stickers from the lid, inner pot and housing.
Please check if all parts of the multicooker are in a set. Please check that every part is not damaged.
Clean all parts according to the article “Cleaning and maintenance”.
Wipe dry all parts and set them proper way.
Before first use pour 3,5 l of water into the multicooker pot and start program “Пар/Варка / Steam/Boil” for 30 minutes with closed lid and closed steam relief valve.
DISPLAY
Display has blue color. You could see next indication on the display:
Cooking time and temperature indication. Time indication in «Отложенный старт»/ «Start delay» function. In cooking program running
mode you see cooking time time countdown. Time countdown starts in most programs when system reaches operational temperature or
pressure. In «Мультиповар/Multicook», «Выпечка/Cake», «Йогурт/Тесто/Yoghurt/Dough», «Варенье/Джем/Jam» programs time
countdown starts with program start.
USING THE MULTICOOKER
For opening the lid take the lid handle and turn it clockwise till open position. Then lift the lid (pic 1, 2)
