Procedure

NOTE: This chapter is applicable only if you have purchased a laptop with

non-touchscreen display.

1 Place the display back-cover on a flat surface.

2 Adhere the display-board cable and the camera cable to the display back-

cover.

Post-requisites

1 Replace the camera.

2 Replace the display hinges.

3 Replace the display panel.

4 Replace the display bezel.

5 Replace the display assembly.

6 Follow the procedure from step 5 to step 9 in “Replacing the palm rest”.

7 Follow the procedure from step 3 to step 7 in “Replacing the solid-state

drive” .

8 Replace the base panel.
