Select System Preferences from the Apple Menu.

Click the Print & Fax (10.5.x, 10.6.x) or Print & Scan (10.7.x or later) icon.

Click + under the Printers list.

For Mac OS X 10.5.x/10.6.x: Select the product name that you want to connect.
For Mac OS X 10.7.x or later: Select the product name that you want to connect, and then select the Epson
product name on the Use menu.

Click Add.
Note for Mac OS X 10.6.x or later users:
The printer driver is automatically downloaded by the Apple Software Updater.

Make sure your product is in the Printers list.
You can now use the product from your computer. If your product is a multifunctional printer equipped with a
scanner, follow the steps in the next section to connect the scanner to a network.
Connecting a scanner to a network
Follow the steps below to use a scanner from a computer by using EPSON Scan.
Note:
This feature is not available for all products or may not be enabled.

Download “EPSON Software Updater” from the following link.
http://support.epson.net/dnavi/

Launch “EPSON Software Updater”.
Available software is displayed as a list.

Select EPSON Scan, and then click Install.
Epson Scan is downloaded and installed.

Double-click Macintosh HD, Applications, Epson Software and then EPSON Scan Settings.
Note:
If the scanner is listed but cannot be selected immediately after the EPSON Scan Settings screen appears, wait for the
search to end.

Verify that the scanner is selected, select Network and then click Add.
