Package Contents

One Account Generator Printer
One Thermal papers (50 meter)
One Power Adapter
One Ethernet Cable (1.5 meter)
One Quick Installation Guide
If any of the above items are damaged or missing, please
contact your dealer immediately.

The Green LED will stay lit for 5 seconds when a factory
reset command is processed.

Printing a test page
After you have installed your printer, you should print a test
page to make sure the printer is functioning properly. To do this
act as follows:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Hold down the button A for approximately five seconds, and
then turn the printer on.
3. The printer will print a test page.

Getting Start
1. Start your browser, and then enter the factory default IP
address 192.168.1.7 in your browser’s location box. Press
Enter.
2. The Account Generator Printer login screen will appear.
3. In the Username and Password field, type the factory default
user name admin and password 1234 and click Setup. The
Account Generator Printer setup screen will appear.
Note: It is important to remember your password. If for any
reason you lose or forget your password, press the reset
button located on the back of the device. Reset action
will re-initialize the settings. All configurations, including
username, password and IP address(s), will be reset,
and requires re-entering.
4. Enter the IP address(s) and secret key information then click
Apply button.
5. Done.
Firmware Upgrade
1. In the Username and Password field on the login page, type
user name and password and click Firmware Upgrade. The
Firmware Upgrade screen will appear.
2. Enter the file name and location in the File Location/Name
field. Click APPLY button, wait for the system successful
message.
3. Done.
Note: If the firmware upgrade was unsuccessful, the firmware
upgrade screen will appear when you next login to the system.
Immediately try procedure again.
Password Settings
You can give your Account Generator Printer a new password.
This password will be required the next time you configure your
Account Generator Printer. To enter a password, type your
password in the Renew Password field and type it again in the
Confirm Password field.
