2.9.1 Procedure to Turn on the IES Power

1 Turn on the power supply.

2 Move the power switches on both power modules to the ON position.

When you use a voip line card in conjunction with an adsl or vdsl card place the voip card and its extension cards in the chassis directly adjacent to the dsl card and its splitter cards as shown in the following figure this example uses the alc line card and asc1024 splitter 39
