2) WEP-128Bits WEP-128Bits

To configure WPA-128Bits settings, select the WPA-128Bits option from the drop-down list.

The menu will change to offer the appropriate settings. 128-bit is stronger than 64-bit. Для

настройки параметров WPA-128Bits из выпадающего списка выберите значение WPA-

128Bits. Состав меню изменится с отображением соответствующих настроек. 128-

битный алгоритм обеспечивает более надежную защиту, чем 64-битный.

3) WPA-PSK WPA-PSK

To configure WPA-PSK settings, select the WPA-PSK option from the drop-down list. The

menu will change to offer the appropriate settings. WPA-PSK requires a shared key and

does not use a separate server for authentication. PSK keys can be ASCII or Hex type. Для

определения настроек WPA-PSK из выпадающего списка выберите значение WPA-

PSK. Состав меню изменится с отображением соответствующих настроек. Механизм

WPA-PSK требует наличия ключа совместного доступа. Для аутентификации не нужен

отдельный сервер. Ключи PSK могут быть в формате ASCII или Hex.

 Encryption: Select the encryption you want to use: TKIP or AES (AES is an encryption

method stronger than TKIP).

• TKIP (Temporal Key Integrity Protocol) - a wireless encryption protocol that provides

dynamic encryption keys for each packet transmitted.

• AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) - A security method that uses symmetric 128-bit

block data encryption.

 Pre-Shared Key: Enter the key shared by the Router and your other network devices. It must

have 8-63 ASCII characters or 64 Hexadecimal characters.
