The command is supported only in Layer 3 switches
Use the acl id ip-base global configuration commands on the switch to create an IP-base ACL and add rules.
Use the no form of this command to remove the rule.

acl Configure access control list
Id Set ACL ID
ip-base IP-base ACL
permit Forward packets
deny Drop packets
srcip Set source IP address and subnet mask. Ex: 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0 or
192.168.127.1
dstip
Set destination IP address and subnet mask. Ex: 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0
or 192.168.127.1
protocol Set protocol number, Ex: ICMP, TCP, UDP, etc.
port Set TCP/UDP port number
name_str ACL name
