Starting Your DA-685-XPE Computer

Connect the CRT or LCD monitor to the DA-685-XPE computer, and then power it up by connecting it to the

power adaptor. It takes about 30 to 40 seconds for the system to boot up. Once the system is ready, the

desktop will appear on your monitor.

Resetting Your DA-685-XPE Computer

• To reset the DA-685 computer:

Press the power switch button on the rear panel for more than 1 second to shut down your computer. Press

the power switch again to restart your computer.

• Software Shutdown / Reboot:

Click Start

 Turn Off Computer to turn off or restart the DA-685-XPE computer.

Changing the Network Settings

The DA-685-XPE computer comes with six network interfaces. All of the default IP addresses are DHCP. Choose

Start

 Network Connections, and then right-click the network interface icon, select Properties.
