MX_DI_CntStart_Set

UINT32 MX_DI_CntStart_Set(UINT32 slot, UINT32 start, UINT32 count, UINT32 *buf);

Write counter start flags to appointed DI channels. These counter overflow flags will change specific DI

channel statuses according to the buf parameter.
