Clear counter overflow flags of appointed DI channels.

Status and mode query/control can be done with the following functions. Note that if a DIO channel is

configured as a DI, all DO “Set” and “Get” operations will be ignored without generating a response or return.

MX_DO_Mode_Get

UINT32 MX_DO_Mode_Get(UINT32 slot, UINT32 start, UINT32 count, UINT32 *buf);

Read a given DO channel mode. The channel mode will be written to the buf parameter.
