Thank you for choosing one of our products.

With your new device you will be able to transform tap

water into custom sparkling water or a cocktail just like

one served at the bar.*.



 thanks to the new FSS Turbo bubble adjustment

knob, choose between four levels of bubbles, bubble

size, and CO2 consumption. In addition, you can

create your own soft drink by adding one of our syrups

(available in stores and via our website).

your sparkling water or your favorite drink quickly and

easily!

and a pressure relief button on the right side of the

device.

Please read these instructions carefully before using

the device for the rst time, and keep them for future

reference. If you have questions or problems, please

visit our website at www.limo-bar.com or contact our

Customer Service (you can nd the contact details on

our website). This system and its accessories must be

used by adults; keep them out of reach of children.

*By adding one of our syrups available online or at the retailers listed on the

website.

** Use a 425 gram CO

2 cylinder according to the instructions provided in the

table on the next page.



1. Remove the parts for the device from the packaging:

- Device head

- Bottle

- Device body, base and drip tray

- CO

2 cylinder

- Cylinder adapters (1 green/1 grey)

2. Take the adapter corresponding to your CO

2 cylinder

out of its packaging (Fig. A) and secure it tightly by

hand on the threads of the cylinder (Fig. B). The

appropriate adapter can be recognized by the threads

and the color (coarse thread/grey color, ne thread/

green color).

3. Place the device head upside-down on a level

surface.Press down on the outer plastic ring of the

cylinder holder until it can go no further then insert the

cylinder into the holder (Fig. C).

4. Let go of the plastic ring. The cylinder should now be

locked into place in the holder.

Tip:

If the cylinder is not properly locked, try to lock the

cylinder into place by lightly pressing down or turning it

as necessary.

5. Now insert the device head—with the cylinder in

place—into the front of the device body (Fig. D).

6. Fix it completely by turning the device head to the

left until the “I” marking on the device head is directly

aligned with the same marking on the device body

(Fig. E).

7. Make sure that the device head is fully locked. When

fully locked, the “I” marking must be aligned with that

of the device body + drip tray.

Clean the bottle as explained in the 

 Section. The SMART-TURBO is ready for use!



1. Fill the bottle up to the max level mark with cold tap

water (Fig. F).  DO NOT OVERFILL THE

BOTTLE.

2. Insert the bottle into the device as shown, then turn

it counter-clockwise until the bottle is secured in the

device (Fig. G).





Caution:

Never carbonate if the bottle is empty, not completely

lled, or not inserted—too much pressure could cause

damage. Never push the CO

2 dosage button if the bottle

is not inserted.

3. Choose the desired level of carbonation by turning the

FSS Turbo bubble adjustment knob between 1 and

4 (Fig. H). For more information read the table at the

end of this manual.

4. Now press the center button for 1 second once or

twice depending on the desired carbonation intensity

(as described in the table on page 11), to transform

tap water into a refreshing drink (Fig. I). We advise

not to push the center button more than 2 times.

Caution:

Don’t press the button over excessively long intervals -

otherwise water may be purged from the device.

5. Wait 5 to 10 seconds to allow CO

2 mix well with the

water.

6. Release CO

2 excess by pushing the button on the

right for a few seconds (Fig. J).Remove the bottle by

turning it clockwise (Fig. K). Now you can enjoy your

own sparkling water!

7. To create your favorite soda pop drink or a cocktail

just like one served at the bar, add one of our syrups

according to your taste. (Find more about it at your

retailer or on our website). Mix the indicated portion

of syrup and sparkling water in a separate container

(Fig. L) and your soft drink is ready.

Tip:

To avoid damaging the bottle, it is always better to

mix the syrup and the sparkling water in a separate

container, such as a glass or pitcher. If you use cold

water, the drink will be more carbonated. For this reason,

we recommend that you always keep a pre-chilled bottle

of drinking water in the refrigerator. Once prepared,

refrigerate the sparkling water or soda pop drink and

consume within a few days.

Remember to keep at least one spare cylinder.



If your water is only slightly carbonated, or not at all, then

this is most likely because the CO

cylinder is empty. Just

replace it with the same type of cylinder.

Caution:

The cylinder must not be changed while a bottle is

inserted into the device.

1. Remove the security cap from the new full cylinder.

2. Remove the bottle from the device.

3. Remove the device head from the device by turning it

counter-clockwise (Fig. M) and pull the head upwards

from the system following the reverse order of what is

described in the Section (points 5, 6,

and 7).



Inside the starter kit you will nd one CO

2 cylinder. Once

it is empty, you can bring it back to one of our authorized

retailers and pay just the rell price—the list of retailers

can be found at .

Warranty for the SMART-TURBO system is only valid if

the cylinder which was used in the device was sold by our

retailers. The CO

contained in the cylinder is food grade

and complies with all required quality, hygienic, and safety

standards.





- To clean the device, wipe it with a wet cloth and some

mild cleaner if necessary.

- Do not use any solvents or abrasive cleansers! This

could damage the surfaces of the device.



- The bottles are not dishwasher safe. Clean the bottles

and caps only with water (max 40°C) and a mild dish

detergent.

- Rinse the water bottle regularly and carefully.

- If you do not intend to use the bottle right away, keep

its lid open so it can dry completely on the inside.



- Check both the device and accessories (carbon

dioxide cylinders, bottle, etc.). - If you notice any

damage or defects, please contact our customer

service.

These cylinders need the green

adaptors (8) to be compatible with

the device.

Fine thread (example: steel 290

g/40 L CO

2 cylinders and steel

450 g/60 L CO2 cylinders)



These cylinders need the

gray adaptors (8) to be

compatible with the device.

Coarse thread (example:

aluminum 425 g/60 L CO

cylinders of Limo Bar brand)



4. Press the plastic outer ring of the cylinder holder with

one hand until it stops moving down. With the other

hand, pull the cylinder out of the holder. Now let go of

the plastic ring.

5. Unscrew the adapter from the cylinder. The empty

cylinder can be taken back to the store to exchange

for a new one at the rell price.

6. Insert a new CO

2 cylinder, as described in the 

 Section.

In addition to the previous instructions, it is important to

know that there are different kinds of cylinders that are

compatible with this device. They can be divided into

two categories according to the thread of the cylinder:
