MONSTER® DNA CUSTOM SKINS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR CONSUMERS
Thank you for your Monster® DNA Custom Skin purchase. Monster, LLC (“Monster”) is firmly
committed to providing our customers with best in class, reliable products. Our policy is to
honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from Monster, its
authorized dealers, and only when the product is accompanied by a receipt or proof of
purchase. Monster extends this Limited Warranty to the first purchaser of the Monster® DNA
Custom Skin, in its original product packaging, and only if purchased directly from Monster or a
related Monster entity. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred or assigned. If you are not
the original purchaser of the Monster® DNA Custom Skin or if you purchased the product from a
party or source other than directly from Monster or a related entity, this Limited Warranty will not
be valid and the product is not eligible for a replacement product or refund.
Monster is not responsible for personal injury or damage to property. Statutory or common law
may provide the purchaser with additional rights or remedies that may vary by state or
jurisdiction, and which shall not be affected by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty and
any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty shall be governed by the
laws of the State of Nevada, USA, excluding conflicts of law principles and excluding the
Convention for the International Sale of Goods. The courts located in the State of Nevada, USA
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. If any provision of this Limited Warranty is
unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect
any remaining provisions.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If your Monster® DNA Custom Skin product is defective, Monster will refund the purchase price
or offer a replacement Monster® DNA Custom Skin of equal or less value within thirty (30) days
of purchase or receipt (whichever occurs later) as evidenced by the invoice, sales receipt or
packing slip. A defective Monster® DNA Custom Skin is one that has an inadequacy that
existed at the time Monster shipped the custom skin to you and which causes a failure of the
product to perform in accordance with Monster’s expectations.
For warranty claims, please call toll free (877) 800-8989, and Monster customer service will
guide you through the warranty process. You must: (1) call Monster customer service at the
provided number within the time period detailed above, (2) give a detailed explanation of the
defect; (3) obtain an assigned Monster return material authorization number; (4) return the
Monster® DNA Custom Skin, shipping prepaid by you, along with (5) a copy of your order
number and sales receipt or proof of purchase such as the packing slip and the return material
authorization number provided by customer service. Monster customer service will provide
instructions for returning the defective Monster® DNA Custom Skin accompanied by the
required information, including the return merchandise number. Please print the return
merchandise number on the outside of the return package.
