BIOS Setup
EIST
Enhanced Intel SpeedStep technology allows you to set the performance level of the
mcroprocessor whether the computer s runnng on battery or AC power. Ths eld only
appears wth nstalled CPUs that support ths technology.
Intel Turbo Boost
Enables or dsables Intel Turbo Boost whch automatcally boosts CPU performance
above rated speccatons (when applcatons requests the hghest performance state
of the processor).
Enhanced Turbo
Ths feature was sgncantly enhanced on the CPU by allowng for speed to be
ncreased to maxmum frequency of Intel Turbo Boost for all CPU cores.
OC Gene Button Operaton
Ths tem s used to enable/dsable the OC Gene button operaton.
My OC Gene
Ths tem s used to select whether OC Gene parameters are customzed by user. Set

tng to [MSI] OC Gene wll use default OC related parameters to overclock the system.
Selectng [Customze] allows you to congure the followng related “My OC Gene op

ton” sub-menu manually for OC Gene.

Ths tem allows you to specc the CPU rato for OC Gene functon.

It shows the GPU frequency when OC Gene s started. Read-only.
Customze DRAM Frequency
Ths tem allows you to specc the DRAM frequency for OC Gene functon.

It shows the adjusted DRAM frequency when OC Gene s started. Read-only.
Extreme Memory Prole (X.M.P)
Ths tem s used to enable/dsable the Intel Extreme Memory Prole (XMP) when
OC Gene s started.
