58 Operación y funcionamiento
Este capítulo incluye algunos consejos importantes acerca de la operación y el
funcionamiento del aparato. Observe dichos consejos para evitar peligros y daños.
58.1 Puesta en servicio
Limpie cuidadosamente el aparato y los accesorios que hayan
estado en contacto con alimentos después de cada uso y de
cada sellado. Por favor, siga las indicaciones expuestas en la
sección “Limpieza y mantenimiento”.
Primer paso:
Levante la tapa y ponga uno de los lados abiertos de la bolsa en
la cámara de vacío.
Segundo paso:
Cierre la tapa por los dos lados y compruebe que se haya
encajado.
Paso 3:
Pulse para abrir en los botones laterales de liberación (a partir del
final del proceso de soldadura)
58.2 Bolsas y rollos
Por favor, utilice solamente las bolsas y rollo necesarios previstos. El material de estas
láminas especiales para vacío es distinto que el de los rollos comunes de plástico de
cocina.
Todos los rollos y bolsas de film suministrados por CASO Germany son aptos para
cocinar en bolsa (al vacío). Además, los rollos y bolsas de film pueden utilizarse para
cocinar al vapor y calentar alimentos en microondas hasta 70 ºC como máximo.
Asegúrese de que si se utilizan films de otros fabricantes, éstos sean aptos para
microondas y para el cocinado en bolsa (al vacío).
58.3 Envasado al vacío en bolsa
Ponga el aparato en una superficie seca. Asegúrese de que esté libre de objetos y de que
sea suficientemente grande para que la bolsa con los alimentos a envasar pueda estar
encima.
1. Introduzca en la bolsa los alimentos que quiera almacenar.
2. Limpie y alise la boca de la bolsa y asegúrese de que no tiene arrugas ni
ondulaciones.
