NORGAU Outside measurement Put the workpiece as close to the reference surface as possible and have the measuring faces fitted with the workpiece Inside measurement Put the inside jaws as deep as possible and have the measuring faces fitted with the workpiece 1 Take the maximum reading I D 2 Take the smallest reading Groove Depth measurement Set the depth bar perpendicular to the measured surfaces Step measurement Have the step measuring face fitted with the measured surfaces Positional error Measurement position of the large size vernier caliper should be consistent if positional error is to be avoided Measurements in vertical position may differ from those in horizontal position MEASUREMENTS WARRANTY Producer conducts quality assurance under ISO 9000 qual ity management system This product conforms to the Producer inspection standard and the standards used for the calibration are traceable to the national international standards In case the Product should fail within 1 one year from the original date of purchase through normal use conforming to the User s Manual provided with the product we will re pair or replace at our option free of charge This warranty shall not apply if the product and con sumables have been subject to fair wear and tear abuse through misuse or improper use handling storage main tenance service repair or through adaption modification by the original purchase or any third side without prior written consent of the Producer or as a result of damage by an actual disaster or circumstances beyond the control of Producer To obtain service under this warranty the Product must be returned to the store dealer you purchased from 4 Operation and maintenance manual
