The manufacturer's warranty is for 12 months. The manufacturer's

warranty does not apply to:

- counterfeit products sold under the manufacturer's brand;

- earphones with mechanical and other damage or any malfunction

arising from improper use;

- failures due to effects of the environment (rain, snow, hail, storm,

etc.),

- the effects of force majeure (ﬁre, ﬂood, earthquake, etc.) or random

external factors

- failures caused by improper storage and use, failures caused by

repairs by anyone not authorised by the manufacturer, products hav-

ing external defects (mechanical damage, cracked or chipped body

surface, broken or deformed connectors).

The life expectancy of the earphones is 24 months. By complying

with the recommendations contained in this manual and handling
