5.3 Filter panes

Safety function The facial tanners are equipped with an additional safety

function. Behind each of the ﬁlter panes there is a safety switch

that switches off the burner if a pane is missing or broken.

Do not operate the tanning system with a defective ﬁlter pane.

Carry out regular visual inspections!

Filter panes have to be replaced only by those of the same type!

The ﬁlter panes may be dismantled and replaced by trained

expert staff only.

Step Procedure Reference

1 Dismantle the acrylic pane. Section 3.2

2 Undo the screws of the tube cover in the facial area to

remove the tube cover.

3 Undo the screw of the lower ﬁlter pane frame. Hold the

frame. Tilt it down and then take it out.

4 Also hold the front frame when undoing the screws.

Now you can take it out as well.

Step Procedure Reference

1 Completely dismantle the acrylic pane. Section 3.2

2 Undo the screws of the tube cover in the facial area to

remove the tube cover.
