Intended use
The appliance is exclusively designed for use as
described in the accompanying manuals, “User
Manual” and “Operator Manual”.
Only use the appliance if it is in a perfect mechanical
condition and only for the purpose for which it is
intended.
Observe the following directives when using the
appliance:
This appliance can be used by children aged from
8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be done by children
without supervision.
Use of the appliance for any other, or additional
purpose, other than that described in this book and
the “Instructions for use” is considered as in non-
conformity with the intended use of the appliance.
Bravilor Bonamat will not accept any liability for
damage and/or injury arising from non-conformist use
of the appliance.
The intended use of the appliance, as described in
BS EN 292-1, is the use for which the technical
product is suitable as stated by the manufacturer –
including the manufacturer’s instructions in the “User
Manual”, “Operator Manual” and any sales literature
published for the appliance.

appliance.
Safety provisions
The appliance has been designed with the utmost
care and attention and conforms to current
international safety standards and directives.
An evaluation of the A-weighted emission sound
pressure level, showed this to be well below 70 dB.
Product labels
Pictograms, warnings and instructions attached to the
appliance form part of the product safety provisions
and must remain visible and legible throughout the
life of the appliance. Immediately replace damaged or
illegible labels.
Hazards
Burn hazard
Bravilor Bonamat Products may dispense water or
another liquid at a temperature above 85°C / 185°F.
Water temperatures above 52°C / 125°F can cause
severe burns or death from scalding. Children and
disabled and elderly persons are at highest risk of
being scalded. Children and disabled and elderly
persons should be supervised by an able adult who
appreciates the burning hazards when using Bravilor
Bonamat Products.
Crush and fall hazard
Do not allow children to climb, stand or hang on
the outside of Bravilor Bonamat Products or on
any shelves that may be part of Bravilor Bonamat
Products as the products can tip over or fall and cause
serious injuries. Children should be supervised by an
able adult who appreciates the crush and fall hazards
when using Bravilor Bonamat Products.
Fire hazard
Do not: (i) store or use gasoline or other ammable
vapors or liquids in the vicinity of any Bravilor
Bonamat Products; (ii) operate any Bravilor Bonamat
Products with damaged cords or parts; and (iii) use
with underrated extension cords.
Shock hazard
Unplug the product and allow for sufcient drying time
before cleaning or wiping up spilled water or liquid
on any Bravilor Bonamat Products. Do not attempt to
service or x any Bravilor Bonamat Products.
Toxic substance hazard
Do not use any Bravilor Bonamat Products with water
or any other liquid that is unsafe or of unknown quality.
