1 – GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for having chosen one of our EN-cabinets “PLANET” series, a retarder-prover cabinet unit for pastry and bakery

laboratories.

Please carefully read the contents of this guide and make it available to whoever must install, use and maintain the

appliance.

1.1 – MARKING

The appliance identification plates (as shown in fig. 1 below) of all EN “PLANET” series cabinets are to be found on the

outer right side panel at the bottom front edge (near the door).
