8. - OTHER DATA
8.1 - Compressor
Operation of the compressor must observe the times established by par. 12, par. 13 and par. 14 (respectively: delay
between two compressor ONs, delay between compressor OFF and ON and compressor inhibition time after reset).
During the Cooling and Holding stages the compressor stops at the temperature set-point.
During the Proving stage it may work counter-phase in the following cases:
If cabinet temperature is greater than the sum of set-point + par. 8 + par. 9 and up to reaching a temperature of set-point
+ par. 9.
8.2 - Heating elements
During the Proving stage the elements turn off at the temperature set-point.
During the Cooling stage they are off.
8.3 - De-icer element
The de-icer elements inside the water evaporation tray (if applicable) operate uninterruptedly, except during the warming
and proving stages.
8.4 - Evaporator fans
The fans are on at full power when the compressor or heating elements are on. They operate partially according to par.
11 (fan partialization scale). During defrosting they are off. They stop when the door is opened.
8.5 - Safety thermostat
The temperature safety thermostat with bulb inside the cabinet, operates at a temperature of 145±3° C and resets
exclusively in manual way, only below the temperature of 105±3° C.
8.6 - Power-down
The equipment comes with a control system against power failures which allows the cycle in progress to start from where
it left off.
