La formación y la información sobre los productos
son indispensables tanto para los técnicos que se
encargan de la instalación y el mantenimiento, como
para el personal que debe ayudar al cliente en la
elección de su aparato.
Por ello nace el “Customer Service” (Servicio de
Atención al Cliente), departamento dedicado a la
formación y la actualización sobre temas técnicos
y comerciales con cursos impartidos por docentes
preparados, a lo largo de todo el año, en la propia
sede del Centro de Formación provista de seis labo-
ratorios actualizados, interactivos y temáticos.

Schulung und Unterrichtung über die Produkte sind sowohl für die Techniker, die mit
der Installation und der Instandhaltung beauftragt sind, als auch das Personal, das den
Kunden bei der Auswahl des richtigen Geräts betreut, unverzichtbar.
Aus diesem Grund wurde die Abteilung Customer Service ins Leben gerufen, die sich
mit der Schulung und Weiterbildung bezüglich technischer und den Vertrieb betreffender
Angelegenheiten beschäftigt und hierzu das ganze Jahr über von erfahrenen Dozenten
geleitete Kurse im eigens eingerichteten Trainingcenter veranstaltet, das über sechs nach
modernsten Gesichtspunkten ausgestattete interaktive Themenlabors verfügt.

Formazione e informazione sui prodotti sono indispensabili
sia per i tecnici che curano installazione e manutenzione, sia
per il personale che deve indirizzare il cliente nella scelta del
proprio apparecchio.
Per queste ragioni nasce il Customer Service, dipartimento
dedicato alla formazione e all’aggiornamento su temi tecnici
e commerciali con corsi tenuti da docenti preparati, durante
tutto l’anno, presso l’apposita sede Training Center dotata di
sei aggiornati laboratori interattivi e tematici.

Product training and information are indispensa-
ble for both the technical team performing instal-
lation and maintenance and for those responsible
for advising customers in choosing an appliance.
The company has therefore set up a Customer
Services department, dedicated to providing
training and refresher courses held by expert
teachers on technical and commercial themes
throughout the year in the special Training Center
with its six interactive themed laboratories.

bien pour les techniciens qui s'occupent de l'installation et de
l'entretien, que pour le personnel qui doit aider le client à choisir
son appareil.
C'est pourquoi nous avons créé le Customer Service, dédié à la for-
mation et au recyclage du personnel technique et commercial, avec
des cours tenus, toute l'année, par des formateurs expérimentés,
au Training Center équipé de 6 laboratoires modernes interactifs et
thématiques.
