51.1 Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Voorzichtig
Let op de volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften, voordat u met de reiniging van de machine
beginnen:
► Trek het netsnoer van het apparaat voor de reiniging, en wanneer het niet wordt
gebruikt, uit het stopcontact.
► Het apparaat, het snoer en de stekker niet in contact brengen met water en andere
vloeistoffen en niet in de afwasmachine plaatsen.
► Gebruik voor de reiniging geen metalen borstel of andere scherpe, schurende
voorwerpen.
51.2 Reiniging
1. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voor u het apparaat reinigt.
2. Spoel de onderdelen (mengbeker, messenopzet, deksel en maatbeker) direct na het
mixen af voor een gemakkelijkere reiniging.
3. Alle verwijderbare onderdelen kunnen met de hand of in de vaatwasmachine gereinigd
worden.
4. Het deksel, de maatbeker, het onderdeel van de maatbeker en de afdichting en mogen
alleen in het bovenste deel van de vaatwasser gereinigd worden.
5. Demonteer alle onderdelen volledig voor u deze in de vaatwasmachine stopt (behalve
mengbeker en messenopzet).
6. De bekers kunnen ook in het onderste deel van de vaatwasmachine worden gereinigd.
Stop de onderdelen niet in kokende vloeistoffen.
Waarschuwing
► De messen zijn zeer scherp. Wees voorzichtig als u deze met de hand reinigt om te
voorkomen dat u zich snijdt.
7. De basis c.q. de motor is bestand tegen vloeistoffen. Als er toch vloeistof in het
binnenwerk raakt:
• Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
• Neem af met een vochtige doek en droog daarna af.
• Dompel de basis c.q. de motor nooit onder in water!
8. Gebruik geen schurende reinigingsmiddelen voor het reinigen, omdat de oppervlakken
kunnen krassen of beschadigd kunnen raken.
52 Afvoer van het oude apparaat
Oude elektrische en elektronische apparaten bevatten vaak nog waardvolle
materialen. Ze bevatten echter ook schadelijke stoffen, die voor hun functioneren
en veiligheid noodzakelijk waren. In het huishoudelijk afval of bij verkeerde
behandeling kunnen deze stoffen de menselijke gezondheid en het milieu schade
aanbrengen. Zet uw oude apparaat daarom nooit bij het gewone huishoudelijk vuil.
