Burner not lighting

Not all burner ports are lit

Note: Gas not burning at all the burner ports can occur after a spillage or boil over where

water has collected in the burner ports.

Burners will not remain lit

FAULT FINDING

Burner not lighting

Turn on gas supply

interlock switch

Burner lights but will not remain lit

Call Service Agent

Check thermocouple mV outputCheck thermocouple connection

Tighten connection

Replace thermocouple

Replace valve

Burner lights but not all ports are lit

Check burner ports for blockages Clean burner ports

Call Service Agent OK

Check supply pressure
