17 Operation and Handing
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:
Warning
► Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation, so that you can intervene
quickly in the event of dangers.
Please note
► Cool the head tube (F4) before using of the device in the refrigerator or rinse it with cold
water, this will improve the processing.
► The device can be switched on only when it is assembled correctly and when the upper
cover is closed or the blender extension is placed.
17.1 Before first use
Clean the device, see “cleaning“.
17.2 Display
17.2.1 Manual Mode
Plug in. Press button the manual Mode is selected
(MANUAL) and you can set the speed by turning the knob.
17.2.2 Auto Mode
Plug in. Press button and switch with to the Auto
Mode (AUTO), confirm with . With you can
choose between 5 functions:

Beater
Whisk
Meat Grinder
Blender
Confirm with . With you can go back to the selection of function.
