Reminder:
If you rst use or reuse the product after a long time, it takes longer to generate steam than usual because the water needs 1-2 min to transfer in the main unit.
1.
Pull and twist the quick release cord holder to unwrap the power cord completely. (see Picture 3, image 1) Put the power cord into the cord clip as the unit switches
on. (see Picture 3, image 2)

The indicator on steam switch control panel ashes blue after plugging in. (see Picture 3, image 3) The 120 °C indicator on temperature control panel turns ON and
remains red. (see Picture 3, image 4)
Hints:
This product has three steam cleaning modes and three steam temperatures. You can select suitable mode and temperature according to cleaning tasks.

Press the switch and enter into gentle mode. Blue LED light is on. (see Picture 3, image 5) Continue to press the steam switch and enter standard and strong mode.
Gentle mode is for simple oor cleaning. Standard mode is suitable for daily oor cleaning and strong mode is for cleaning stubborn stains.

The product has three temperatures: 120, 150, 200 °C. (see Picture 3, image 6) When you turn the power on, the product will automatically enter 120 °C mode. Press
the temperature switch and choose other temperatures.

After choosing the cleaning mode and temperature, tilt the main unit and allow about 20-30 sec to heat up. Now you can push the product back and forth and start
cleaning. (see Picture 3, image 7) If you need to put o the product, just press the Micro motion switch and enter ready mode. LED blue light ashes.
Smart Steam Upright switch
If you need a short break or leave during using, just position the main unit vertically to the cleaning head, the product will stop generating steam immediately and there is
no need to disconnect power. When ready to proceed pull back and tilt the main unit, the product will begin generating steam. (see Picture 4)
Using carpet glider (available in accessory set)
Reminder:
When you clean the carpet with carpet glider, strong mode is recommended for better eect.
Using the steam mop with carpet glider can disinfect and remove odor from the carpet.
1. Put the carpet glider on the carpet. Pick up the mop head with cleaning pad and stick into the glider. (see Picture 5, image 8)
2. After plugging in, tilt the main unit and preheat about 20-30 s and start push the product back and forth. (see Picture 5, image 9)
Using removable handheld steam
Apart from cleaning the oor and carpet, it can also be used to cleaning in other places.
1. While removing the handheld steamer from the main unit make sure power is o before taking the steamer. (see Picture 6, image 1)
2. Take the attached nozzle and match the steamer until you hear the click sound. (see Picture 6, image 2)
3. The handheld steamer is controlled through the micro motion touch sensor. You just need to press the micro motion touch sensor to generate steam and loose your
hand to stop generating steam. (see Picture 6, image 3)
4. Press the button at the two sides of the nozzle and pull it o.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
After use and storage
1. When you have nished using the steam mop, switch o the unit by unpluging the cord from the outlet and place the device into the upright position. Let the unit
cool for 2-3 minutes.
2. Remove the cleaning pad.
3. To store the unit hanging up, hang it on a large hook, otherwise put upright against the wall.
4. Empty the water tank before storage if you don’t plan to use it for a long time.
Steamer cleaning
1. In order to prolong the service life, the steamer should be cleaned regularly.
2. After using 10-15 times, pour water into the water tank and tighten the cover. Shake the product hard and empty the water tank.
3. If you nd that the steam reduces, it is time to clean the nozzle. You can insert a needle into the nozzle and remove the incrustation. (see Picture 7)
Cleaning pad care
1. We recommend washing your microbre cleaning pad separately from other fabrics to avoid picking up lint. Only use liquid detergent (no powder detergent). Don’t
use any fabric softeners or bleach. Line dry. Do not tumble dry. (see Picture 8, image 1)
2. If there are loose threads on the microbre cleaning pad carefully cut the thread with scissors. Don’t pull on them or cut at the base. (see Picture 8, image 2)
Trouble shooting
Problem Possible Reasons and Solutions
Steam mop cannot turn -on 1. Check whether the plug is securely plugged into the electrical outlet or not.
2. Check your fuse or breaker.
Steam mop cannot make
steam.
1. Check whether there is water in water tank.
2. Check if the steam switch is on.
3. Check if the unit is tilted. When you upright the main unit and vertical to the cleaning head, the product
will stop generating steam.
4. (In case of handheld unit) Make sure you hold the handle of the steamer.
Steam mop leaves water on
the oor
1. Check to see if the cleaning pad is too wet.
2. After plugging in, allow 20-30 s to heat up. Otherwise the steam temperature will be not high enough.
Floors are too cloudy, streaky or
spotty after steaming.
1. The cleaning pad might be dirty. Disconnect the power and change the cleaning pad.
2. If you wash the cleaning pad with powder detergent, the powder may stay in the pad. Please wash the
pad with liquid detergent.
3. If you need to clean the area with stubborn stains, please clean the area with chemical detergent and
then clean it with steam mop.
4. There maybe residues on the oor after you clean the area with chemical detergent. Please clean the
oor again with steam mop.
5. If the water hardness in your living area is relatively high, use of distilled water is suggested.
Steam mop is hard to push 1. Make sure the cleaning pad is attached correctly.
2. Check to see if the pad is excessively dirty. If so, replace the cleaning pad.
