Stadler Form Chef One SFC.919 [13/29] Attention before beginning the setup process check that the clock shows the correct current time
Precautions and recommendations:
If you are using the “Delayed start” function, make sure that the timer
setting is higher than the current time by a time period long enough for
the dish to cook.
If you set the timer to the time by which the dish will not have enough
time to cook, this function will not work and the dish will automatically
nish cooking.
For example: The current time is 17:00. You select the “Frying” mode and
set the cooking time at 30 minutes while setting the timer to 17:20. In this
case the cooking program will continue running till 17:30.
If the timer setting is less than the current time, the dish will be cooked
by the selected time but on the next day. For example, the current time is
17:00. You set the timer to 16:00. In this case the dish will be cooked by
16:00 the next day.
Some ingredients can go bad if the cooking time delay is too great. Try not
to set the timer to the maximum time without a pressing need.
Do not use the timer straight after a cooking cycle before the multi-cooker
has completely cooled down, otherwise the cooking result can be unsat-
isfactory.
Example 1
Milk porridge needs to be cooked by 8 am.
Place the necessary ingredients into the inner pot and close the lid. Select
the “Milk porridge” program and press “Timer, the numbers and the “De-
layed start” icon will start ashing on the display. Use the “Hours” button to
set the time to 08:00 and press “Start. The “Milk porridge” icon will be lit
and the “Delayed start” icon, “08:00” and “Clock” showing the current time
will cycle on the display.
In this case the multi-cooker will automatically determine the time need for
the porridge to cook and start the process in advance to cook the porridge
by 8 am.
After the end of the cooking process the multi-cooker will go into “Keep
warm” mode.
Example 2
Meat needs to be cooked by 8.30 pm.
Place the necessary ingredients into the inner pot and close the lid. Select
the “Stewing” program and press the “Time” button. Using the “Hours” and
“Minutes” button, set the time to e.g. 01:30. Then press the “Timer” but-
ton– the numbers and the “Delayed start” icon will again start ashing
on the display. Use the “Hours” and “Minutes” buttons to set the time to
20:30 and press “Start. The “Stewing” button will be lit and the “Delayed
start” icon – “20:30” and “Clock” showing the current time will cycle on
the display.
In this case the stewing will begin at 7 pm and nish at 8.30 pm.
After the end of the cooking process the multi-cooker will go into “Keep
warm” mode.
Setting the cooking time
The cooking time for programs: Rice, Express rice, Risotto and Milk por-
ridge is set automatically depending on the volume of the ingredients. Us-
ing the installed articial intelligence module the multi-cooker automati-
cally analyses the amount of cereal and water and programs the power
level and the working time.
For other programs the cooking time can be changed. After selecting the
program the standard cooking time is displayed. To change the time, rst
press the “Time” button and when the numbers on the display start ash-
ing, use the “Hours” and “Minutes” buttons to set the required time. To
apply the selected settings and start cooking, press “Start” or continue
the setting process by pressing “Timer”.
