CLEANING THE FILTER

Removing/Refitting the Filter:

Important: Before removing or refitting the filter, switch the kettle off, let it cool

down fully, and unplug the power base.

To remove the filter:

• Empty the kettle and open the lid.

• Take hold of the tab at the top of the filter

and pull upwards. The filter should unclip

itself from the two side clips.

To clean the filter:

• Rinse under a tap whilst brushing with a

soft brush.

To refit the filter:

• Make sure that your hands are clean and free from soap, cream or any

thing, which might taint the water.

• Holding the tab. replace the filter ensuring the tab is uppermost and fac

ing to the rear of the kettle.

• Check filter is located at lower end of spout, and into two side locations.

• Clip filter into position by pressing on top of filter at two side location

points.
