Safety
Statement of use
This product is intended to be used as an air filter /
regulator / lubricator (in combination or separate, as
indicated in the manual).
No other use is permitted. For professional use
only.
Warning / Important
• Air lines must be cleaned before connection to the
unit. Dirt particles can cause serious malfunctions.
• If liquid, paste or fibrous materials are used for
sealing the connections, these must be carefully
prevented from getting into the unit. These mater-
ials can cause serious malfunctions.
• Dispose of used filter elements in compliance with
national regulations.
• In the event of malfunction, please contact the
customer service responsible.
Safety instructions

ment are the best protection against injury. All pos-
sible hazards cannot be covered here, but we have
tried to highlight some of the important ones.
Only qualified and trained operators should install,
adjust or use this unit.
T Operating hazards
• Shut off air supply and depressurize system before
installing unit.
• Only operate within the stated ranges of safe oper-
ating temperatures and pressures. Before installa-
tion, compare the technical data with the actual
operating conditions.
• The pneumatic system in which the unit is used
must comply with ISO 4414, Pneumatic fluid
power – General rules and safety requirements
for systems and their components..
• Ensure the unit is correctly installed for the direc-
tion of air flow as indicated by the arrow symbol
on the unit.
• Contact with solvents and other chemicals can
cause chemical attack and subsequent burst:
• The unit must not come into contact with acet-
one, benzol, brake fluid, glycerine, some syn-
thetic oil, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride (and
similar solvents), carbon disulphide, methyl
alcohol, perchloroethylene, toluene, trichloro-
ethylene, xylene (nitrocellulose, thinner), acetic
acid.
• The bowl and other plastic parts must only be
cleaned with warm water and normal washing-
up liquid.
• This unit must not be modified.
