Ingredients:

Milk – 225ml

All-purpose flour – 175g

Eggs – 2pcs

Butter – 85g

Sugar – 60g

Baking powder – 5g

Vanilla extract – 5g

Melt the milk. Separate the yolks from the whites. begins to form a creamy foam.

Whisk the yolks mixed with sugar, add melted butter into the mixture and whisk until evenly blended. Add baking powder and flour. Whisk together

the whites and salt in a separate bowl, mix until begins to form a creamy foam. Combine the whites mixture and the flour mixture until a soft dough

forms. Preheat a waffle maker until the green light indicator goes off. Open the lid and place two spoons of dough on each side of heating panel of

preheated waffle maker. Close the lid. Cook waffles 8 minutes. Repeat with remaining dough.

Real cooking time can be different with displayed in recipes due to specific features of every particular ingredient. Ingredients displayed in this cookbook can be replaced with similar ones.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

 Unplug the device befor the cleaning.

 Let the device to cool.

 Working surface and edges should be wiped with paper towel or soft cloth.

 If rest of stuffing stuck to the surface, pour a little bit oil on working surface and heat up for 1-2 minutes. Switch off the device and wipe the working surface after 5 minutes.

 Outer parts of device might be cleaned with wet cloth. Avoid contact of inner part with liquids and oil.

 Never sink the device into the water or other liquids.

 Device can’t be washed in dishwasher.

 Do not use abrasive agents, organic solvents and corrosive liquids.
