Aut h or ized Reseller :

Th e one-year per iod of war r a nt y on complete pr odu ct s applies on condition th a t the pr odu ct ’s
Registr at ion Car d is filled out and r etu rn ed to a D-Lin k office with in n inet y (90) days of pur chase. A
list of D-Link offices is provided a t th e ba ck of th is m a n u a l, t oget h er with a copy of t h e Regist ra t ion
Car d. Failin g such t imely registr a tion of pu rch a se, t h e warr a nt y per iod sh a ll be lim ited to 90 da ys.
If t h e pr oduct proves defective with in t h e a pplica ble war r a n ty per iod, D-Lin k will pr ovide repair or
r eplacement of t h e product. D-Link sh all h ave t he sole discret ion whet her to r epair or r epla ce, a n d
r eplacement product m a y be n ew or r econ dit ioned. Replacem ent pr oduct sh a ll be of equ iva len t or
bet t er specifica t ions, rela t ive to t h e defective pr oduct, but need not be ident ica l. An y pr odu ct or par t
r epaired by D-Lin k pu r su an t to t h is wa rr a nt y sha ll ha ve a warra n t y period of not less tha n 90 da ys,
from da te of such repair, irrespect ive of an y earlier expirat ion of or igin a l wa r r a n t y per iod. Wh en
D-Link pr ovides replacemen t, t h en the defective pr oduct becomes th e propert y of D-Link.

per iod, a nd requ est in g a Ret u r n Mat erial Au t h or ization (RMA) n um ber. If a Registra t ion Ca r d for
th e pr oduct in qu est ion h a s not been ret u rned t o D-Link , t h en a pr oof of pu rch a se (such as a copy of
th e da t ed purch ase invoice) m u st be provided. If Pur ch a ser’s circum st a nces r equire specia l ha n dlin g
of wa r r a n ty correct ion , th en at t he t im e of requesting RMA n um ber, P ur ch a ser m a y also pr opose
special pr ocedur e a s ma y be su ita ble t o th e case.
After a n RMA nu m ber is issu ed, th e defect ive pr odu ct m u st be pa ck aged secu rely in t h e original or
ot h er su it a ble sh ipping pack age to ensu re th a t it will n ot be dam aged in tr a n sit, and the RMA
nu m ber m ust be pr om inent ly mar k ed on t h e out side of t h e packa ge. The pa ck a ge must be m a iled or
ot h erwise shipped t o D-Link with all cost s of m a ilin g/shipping/insur ance pr epaid; D-Lin k will
or dinar ily r eim bur se P u rch aser for m ailing/sh ipping/in su r an ce expenses incur r ed for ret u rn of
defect ive product in accor da n ce wit h t h is wa r r a n t y. D-Link sh all n ever be respon sible for a n y
soft war e, firm wa re, inform a t ion, or mem or y da t a of P u r ch a ser con t a in ed in, stored on, or integrated
with an y produ ct retu rned to D-Lin k pu r su an t to th is wa r r a n t y.
Any pack a ge r etur n ed to D-Link withou t an RMA num ber will be r ejected an d sh ipped ba ck t o
P u rch a ser a t P ur cha ser’s expense, an d D-Link r eser ves th e right in su ch a ca se t o levy a r eason able
ha n dling ch a r ge in addit ion m a ilin g or shippin g costs.
