4. Connect the Camera to your Wi-Fi
network by entering its password.
NOTE. Click on the “Go to Wi-Fi Settings” button
to select another network, if required.
Make sure that the use of mobile data is disabled
on your smartphone and that the device uses the
local Wi-Fi network of 2.4 GHz.
5. The smartphone will attempt to connect
to the Server and the Camera.
NOTE. Before connecting, make sure that the
Camera is powered on and that the smartphone
is at a distance of not more than 2 m from it.
In the case of connection failure, follow the
instructions that will be displayed on the screen
of your smartphone.
6. After successful connection, enter the
desired Camera name and add its Location.
NOTE. If you connect for the first time, Home
and Office Locations are available for you as
presets. You can also create your own Location.
The Camera is successfully connected!
SAFETY OPERATION RULES
1. The Device MUST NOT be switched off or disconnected from the mains for at least 5 minutes after the RESET Button is pressed, as
well as for at least 10 minutes after the firmware update process is started.
2. The device must not be installed outdoors or exposed to moisture, dust, marine air, etc.
3. Storage and transportation conditions, as well as working temperature ranges shall be observed.
4. It is not allowed to drop, throw or disassemble the device, as well as attempt to repair it on one’s own.
5. The device shall be cleaned up with a dry cloth and non-aggressive cleaning agents only.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The Camera does not initialize or incidentally reboots: Malfunction of the power adapter or a power supply failure. Check its functioning.
2. Slow operation of the Camera or video loss: Camera and/or Internet connection failure. Try to reconnect.
3. The Camera does not connect due to Wi-Fi of 5 GHz error: Wrong Wi-Fi router settings. Add Wi-Fi access point of 2.4 GHz frequency.
