The 3TP pump series can be installed in vertical or horizontal position. The pump has to run
always submerged and this is why it doesn't need any special maintenance.
The maximum installation depth is 150m under the static water level.
The 3TP pump must be installed in the well above the filter. If a cooling jacket is
used, the installation can be free.
Make sure that the pump is not installed at the bottom of the well. The presence of
sand or mud compromises heat dissipation of the motor and could cause
overheating or damage to the pump!
If the pump is installed in a tank, fit a cooling jacket to ensure perfect cooling of the
motor and to avoid overheating. In case of installation at the bottom of the tank
where there is mud, the pump must be fitted with a cooling jacket with floating filter.
The 3TP pump was designed to operate in water with the following characteristics:
Temperature : up to + 35°C
Sand content : maximum 50 gr/m³
pH value : from 5 to 8
