6.2.2. Dubbel uitvoering (2 pompen)
De keuzeschakelaar heeft onderstaande functies:
Bedrijfschakelaar (1 per pomp)
Stand “”Manu”
De betreffende pomp werkt permanent, onafhankelijk van
vloeistofstand in het reservoir. In deze stand moet de
schakelaar handmatig vastgehouden worden. Bij loslaten
springt de schakelaar in de “Aus/Off” stand.
Stand “Aus/Off”
De betreffende pomp is uitgeschakeld.
Stand “Auto”
De betreffende pomp werkt automatisch gestuurd,
afhankelijk van het vloeistofniveau in het reservoir.
Drukknop “Reset”
Deze drukknop dient voor het resetten van storingen en
het opnieuw inschakelen van de installatie.
Alarmsignaal-schakelaar
Stand “Ein”
Het alarmsignaal gaat af toont samen met de LED,s
“störung en “Alarm”
Stand “Aus”
Het alarmsignaal is uitgeschakeld
De gekleurde lichtdioden (LED) hebben de volgende
betekenis:
Gele LED ”fasevolgorde” (bij draaistroom)
Brand, wanneer fases van de netspanning verwisseld
worden. De pomp loopt dan met een verkeerde draairich-
ting, wat tot vermindering van de capaciteit en verhoogd
slijtage veroorzaakt. De LED brand niet wanneer bijv. na
uitwisseling van de pomp de aansluitkabel tussen motor
en besturingskast verkeerd aangesloten wordt en de
pomp daarom met verkeerde draairichting loopt. Daarom
dient men in alle gevallen de correcte draairichting van de
pomp te testen. De waaier moet van motorbovenzijde ge-
zien met de klok meedraaien. Bij het opstart van de motor
geeft de pomp een ruk tegen de klok in. Voor verwisse-
ling van de fasen bij verkeerde fasevolgorde zie punt 6.3.
Groene LED “Betrieb” (1 per pomp)
Brand, wanneer de betreffende pomp in werking is.
Rode LED “Störung” (1 per pomp)
-Continu signaal in verbinding met LED “Alarm”:
Branden störung- en alarm LED beiden continu, dan heeft
de thermische schakelaar de pompmotor wegens over-
verhitting gevaar uitgeschakeld. Gelijktijdig gaat het a-
koestisch alarm af, wanneer deze ingeschakeld is. Ook
wordt de eventueel aangesloten externe alarmmelder
geactiveerd. Nadat de motor afgekoeld is, reset u deze
storingsmelding door het indrukken van de “Reset” knop.
Wanneer de installatie daarna niet zonder problemen
werkt, neemt u dan contact op met onze service afdeling.
Rode LED “Störung Pumpe 1”
- Knippersignaal
Knippert ter informatie 2 maanden voor de aanbevolen
jaarlijkse onderhoudstermijn is bereikt. Het signaal wordt
door de servicedienst na onderhoud gereset.
“Onderhoudssignaal” deactiveren:
De bedrijfsschakelaar in stand “Aus/Off” zetten en aanslu-
itend de drukknop “Reset” indrukken. Na het loslaten van
de “Reset” drukknop brand voor ca. 1 seconde het LED
“Alarm”. Binnen deze tijd de bedrijfsschakelaar pomp 1 in
de stand “”Auto” zetten. Het onderhoudsignaal LED
“Störung Pumpe 1” is gedeactiveerd.
“Onderhoudssignaal” weer activeren (dit is alleen
door de klantendienst mogelijk)
De onderhoudteller in menu van het ServCom-diagnose
apparaat terugzetten. Aansluitend de bedrijfsschakelaar
in stand Äus/Off zetten en daarna de “Reset” knop
indrukken.
Aanwijzing voor de Klantendienst
“Onderhoudssignaal” deactiveren is vanaf versie 1.0d
van de besturing ( zie melding in menu van het ServCom
diagnose apparaat) mogelijk.
“Onderhoudssignaal” is gedeactiveerd, wanneer in Serv-
Com achter het versie-Nr. “!” verschijnt.
“Onderhoudssignaal” is geactiveerd, wanneer achter de
versie-Nr. het “!” ontbreekt.
Rode LED “Alarm”
-Continu signaal
Brand, wanneer het vloeistofniveau in het reservoir over
het alarmniveau stijgt. Gelijktijdig gaat het akoestisch a-
larm af.
Ook wordt de eventueel aangesloten externe alarmmel-
der geactiveerd. De alarmmeldingen worden automatisch
uitgeschakeld, wanneer de pompen het vloeistofniveau in
het reservoir weer onder het alarmniveau afgepompt
hebben Brand gelijktijdig met het Alarm-LED de groene
LED “Betrieb”, zonder dat een storingsmelding gedaan is,
dan werken de pompen, maar krijgen momenteel de ho-
ge toeloophoeveelheid niet snel genoeg weg. In dit geval
wacht U tot de toeloophoeveelheid geringer wordt. De a-
larmmeldingen schakelen dan zelfstandig uit. Gebeurt dit
niet, dan is er een fout in de installatie. Stel u in verbin-
ding met uw klantendienst.
Brand het rode alarmsignaal, zonder een storingssignaal,
en brand geen of maar één van de groene Bedrijf LED,
stel u dan in verbinding met onze klantendienst.

7. Montage en Installatie
Bij inbouw van de opvoerinstallatie in een put dient u
na montage de put opening van een beloopbare
afdekking te voorzien.
Schades ten gevolgen van een overstroming door
een storing aan de pomp dient de gebruiker door
trefzekere maatregelen (bijv. installatie van een
alarminstallatie, reservepomp e.d.) uit te sluiten.
De opvoerinstallatie dient op een vlakke ondergrond,
waterpas opgesteld te worden en aan de bodem tegen
opdrijven verankerd te worden.
Naast de nationale voorschriften tegen ongeval
verhindering als ook de algemene maatregelen met
betrekking op gezondheid- en arbeidsveiligheid en de
DIN 1986 voor de installatie van opvoerinstallaties, dient
u onderstaande instructies in acht te nemen:
